By purchasing, accessing, commissioning, or using any Vercel product or service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not purchase, access, or use Vercel products or services.
These Terms apply only to products and services directly provided by Vercel.
These Terms do not apply to Marketplace Items.
Marketplace Items are products, services, or listings clearly marked as being provided through the Vercel Marketplace by third-party creators, sellers, partners, or organisations.
Marketplace Items are governed by their own separate Terms and agreements provided by the respective seller.
Vercel is not responsible for the terms, availability, quality, delivery, or support of Marketplace Items unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All Vercel products, services, designs, assets, code, systems, branding, documentation, files, concepts, and other materials remain the intellectual property of Vercel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing a product or service does not automatically transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Customers receive only the rights specifically granted under these Terms.
When purchasing a Vercel product, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the product for its intended purpose.
Unless explicitly authorised by Vercel, you may not:
Redistribute or share products.
Sell, trade, sublicense, or transfer licences.
Upload products publicly.
Provide access to unauthorised individuals or organisations.
Claim ownership of Vercel products.
Remove protections, branding, or identifying information.
Use products outside the permitted purpose.
A purchase grants usage rights only and does not grant ownership.
Vercel may provide services including branding, design, development, consulting, and custom commissions.
Before beginning work, Vercel may define:
Scope of work.
Deliverables.
Estimated timelines.
Required information.
Payment requirements.
Vercel reserves the right to:
Refuse any project request.
Modify project scope where necessary.
Pause or terminate work due to non-cooperation, abuse, delays, or violations of these Terms.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, all internal files, working files, systems, processes, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of Vercel.
Final deliverables and ownership rights may vary depending on the agreement made for the specific service.
Customers may not:
Share Vercel products with unauthorised users.
Release private files publicly.
Provide access to restricted parties.
Upload, copy, or redistribute Vercel materials.
Assist others in bypassing Vercel restrictions.
Any unauthorised access, distribution, or disclosure may result in immediate termination of access.
Vercel may consider multiple accounts to belong to the same person or organisation where evidence suggests shared ownership, control, or purpose.
Restrictions may not be avoided through:
Alternative accounts.
Holder accounts.
Shared accounts.
Third-party accounts.
Newly created accounts.
Any attempt to bypass restrictions may result in enforcement against all associated accounts.
Vercel reserves the right to restrict access to any user, organisation, group, or entity where necessary to protect Vercel, its customers, products, or intellectual property.
Restricted parties may not:
Purchase Vercel products.
Receive Vercel services.
Access Vercel materials.
Obtain products through another person or account.

Vercel may update this list at any time.
Vercel may restrict additional users, organisations, groups, or entities at its sole discretion.
Vercel may suspend, revoke, or terminate access to products or services at any time if:
These Terms are violated.
Products are misused.
Services are abused.
Access creates a security, operational, or reputational risk.
The user is associated with restricted parties.
Termination may occur without prior notice.
Vercel reserves the right to:
Accept or reject orders.
Cancel purchases.
Restrict purchasing access.
Modify pricing and availability.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, refunds are not guaranteed and may be refused where permitted.
Vercel may modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue products and services at any time.
Vercel is not responsible for losses resulting from changes, interruptions, maintenance, or discontinued services.
Vercel retains final authority regarding:
Product access.
Service availability.
Licence validity.
User restrictions.
Group restrictions.
Policy enforcement.
Vercel reserves the right to make decisions necessary to protect its operations, customers, and intellectual property.
By purchasing or using Vercel products or services, you acknowledge that:
You have read and accepted these Terms.
You understand the restrictions placed on Vercel products and services.
You agree to comply with all applicable rules and requirements.
